We value your commitment to our soap-making coaching sessions, and we’ve established certain terms and policies to ensure a smooth and fair experience for everyone.

While we are dedicated to providing comprehensive soap-making coaching, it’s important to emphasize that our sessions are designed to share knowledge, tips, and tricks, but they should not be considered a replacement for professional guidance. 

Bookings

To reserve your spot for my day or online sessions, start by purchasing one of the courses on our website. It’s your first step towards an unforgettable soap-making adventure. 

Upon completion of your workshop booking and payment, you will receive an email containing comprehensive information regarding the workshops, including the location and any other pertinent details. 

While we are dedicated to providing comprehensive soap-making coaching, it’s important to emphasize that our sessions are designed to share knowledge, tips and tricks, but they should not be considered a replacement for professional guidance. 

Non-Refundable Payment for Missing Sessions

If you’ve made a payment and are unable to attend a session without notifying us in advance, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued. However, we do offer flexibility.

Replacement option for Unexpected Changes

Should you find yourself unable to attend, you have the option to send a replacement in your place. Please inform us in advance and provide us with all the necessary details about the individual who will be attending on your behalf.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. You have the flexibility to reschedule your session once at no additional cost. However, for the subsequent cancellation, a fee of R150 per cancellation will apply.

Health-Related Cancellations

In the event of illness or unforeseen emergencies, we are committed to refunding your session fee. Please note that this refund applies to the session cost only and does not cover accommodation or transportation expenses.

Weather-Related Contingencies

If inclement weather prevents the planned activities on our soap farm, we will work with you to arrange an alternative date and time that suits everyone.

Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

In case of force majeure and exceptional circumstances, our terms will be temporarily suspended. We will assist each situation individually and work towards the solution.
